Arianna Codeluppi

Broker Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage

Arianna Codeluppi is a Broker with Harvey Kalles Real Estate.

Her practice is built on three things: long client relationships, careful preparation, and a creative discipline she brought into the industry from an earlier career.

Before real estate, Arianna spent two decades in media and advertising — radio, retail, creative direction, freelance work. When she moved into real estate in the early 2000s, she carried with her something the industry had largely overlooked: that listings could be marketed with the same craft as a campaign, that presentation mattered, that the small creative choices made on a property's behalf compounded into outcomes.

Decades of experience later, the practice is anchored in long-term relationships. Past and current clients are invited back through the year — small gatherings that turn the work into something closer to a community.

“Take care of clients, and sleep on a soft pillow at night.”

Verona to Toronto

Generations of dreams.

Arianna and Kyle are the third and fourth chapters of a Toronto family that began in Italy. Antonio played Serie A football before the war. Pietro was in East Africa in the 1930s. Both families arrived in Toronto in the 1950s, tried briefly to return — and chose Canada for good. The practice today is built on their hopes and dreams.

1960s. Arianna’s father. Formerly of Bari Serie A and Bolzano FC, after the war — now coaching for the Italian Canadian Soccer Club in his new city.

  3. 1956

The Codeluppi family arrives in Toronto.

Antonio, Luciana, and their daughter — born in Bolzano — emigrate from Italy. They rent first on St. Clair West, then buy on Blackthorn Avenue in York. The cheapest house in the neighbourhood.

  4. 1961

    Arianna is born in Toronto.

  5. 1964

The family tries to return to Italy.

Ten months in Verona, they come back to Toronto. Italy was no longer home; this was. The houses they bought after that point weren’t investments. They were proof of what they’d built.

  11. Early 2000s

    Arianna enters real estate.

After two decades in advertising and media — CHIN Radio, Canadian Tire, freelance creative work — she brings a creative discipline to the business that hadn’t yet been applied there.

  12. 2018

    Kyle joins the practice.

After his first open house, Kyle picks up a buyer and walks them through their first transaction. Arianna sees in her son something she rarely sees in new agents: the patience to listen first.
